The deadline for submitting contributed papers for the upcoming 7th African Conference of Agricultural Economists & 60th Annual AEASA Conference ends today, March 21st, 2023. This deadline was previously extended by two weeks to accommodate authors' requests for additional time to complete their papers. If you have yet to submit your paper, we strongly encourage you to do it immediately to avoid being locked out. For those of you who are early career researchers, we are pleased to announce that the application for expression of interest for travel grants to attend the conference will open on April 1st, 2023. If you meet the eligibility requirements, have submitted your paper, and would like to be considered for a travel grant, please make a note of this date and submit your application promptly. Please note that only those whose papers have been accepted after the peer-review process will be eligible for funding. Lastly, we want to remind you that conference registration will commence on April 1st, 2023. The International Association of Agricultural Economists (IAAE) has announced its 32nd International Conference of Agricultural Economists (ICAE) to take place on 2-7 August 2024 in New Delhi, India, on the overall theme “Transformation Towards Sustainable Agri-Food Systems.” All submissions will be due on 15 January 2024 via the online submission system, which will be opened in August 2023.
ICAE 2024 is organized by IAAE jointly with the Agricultural Economics Research Association (India), the Indian Society of Agricultural Economics, the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, and the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).
