SPONSORSHIPS
image
We have received an overwhelming number of over 120 sponsorship applications from a majority of successful authors expressing their interest in consideration in receiving financial aid to attend the conference. However, as mentioned in our previous communications, our efforts to secure funding from our traditional partners have fallen short of expectations this year.

In light of this, we ask that applicants continue to explore alternative sources of support, particularly from their respective institutions or organizations.

Additionally, we extend an invitation to individuals, institutions, and organizations who are willing to contribute as sponsors to step forward. Your generosity can make a significant impact on the success of deserving individuals. We will facilitate the connection between sponsors and those who would greatly benefit from their support. You can also donate whatever amount through our  page.

Rest assured that we are diligently reviewing all the received and will soon be reaching out to inform the selected individuals about the outcome of their applications.

We also want to assure you that if we receive further funding from other potential sources, we are committed to expanding the pool of support to benefit a greater number of individuals.

Traveling to South Africa requires travelers to possess a valid passport, and depending on their nationality and purpose of visit, they may also need to obtain a visa.

Visa requirements vary based on the traveler's citizenship. Some countries' citizens are required to obtain a visa to enter South Africa. The visa application process can be completed either online or in person, and it entails submitting specific documents along with the application.

There are two common types of visas for South Africa for our case:

2. Business Visa: Designed for business travelers, this visa permits individuals to stay in South Africa for up to 90 days while engaging in business-related activities.

We recommend ensuring that you meet the visa requirements and complete the necessary procedures earlier to avoid last minute rush.
